TBI Construction Company, LLC was chosen to build a new operations facility in East Hartford, Connecticut for Connecticut Natural Gas Company.

With the development of the Adriaen’s Landing project in downtown Hartford, Connecticut Natural Gas needed to relocate some key facilities close to its prior administrative and operations sites. The company selected TBI Construction to work with the architect, S/L/A/M Collaborative, to build a new operations facility across the river, in East Hartford.

The building is an 80,000 square foot structure, divided into three parts: office space, a vehicle maintenance area and a storage area. The exterior wall is metal panel and glass.
