Bradley International Airport Parking Garage

TBI Construction Company, LLC has formed a partnership with APCOA Standard Parking, Inc. for the design, construction and financing of a master-planned development at Bradley Airport.

TBI Construction has completed a 3,500 car parking garage (September 2001), and a co-generation facility delivering electricity, hot and chilled water to airport terminals and related buildings. This work was done on a 25 acre parcel that had previously been used as a surface parking lot at Bradley Airport. This high profile project is a significant private sector development on what to date has been a state property developed by the Department of Transportation. TBI Construction joined forces with The Energy Network, a subsidiary of Connecticut Natural Gas, to design, build and finance the co-generation facility. TBI Construction is currently planning additional projects on the Bradley Airport grounds.
